And in my family, as you have said here, there are people who want - *need* - to know about parentage.

I protec thte identities of the living, both in my online family tree and in my blog.  But the ones who have been long gone, and whose secrets prevent living people from knowing who they are...well, those secrets are not safe with me.

This is a very hotly debated subject in geneablogging land.  We all have to make our own choices.]]></description>
